Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/BI professional to own and evolve our reporting across GTM, finance, product adoption, churn, and customer success. You will clean CRM data, standardize fields, and close data-quality gaps while expanding our data model with acquisitions and integrations.

You'll partner with the Product Analyst and Director, RevOps to prototype AI-driven reports, automate pipelines, and deliver robust dashboards in our production BI tool.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics in vertical SaaS is preferred.
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience with a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and modern data transformation workflows.
• Proficiency in BI or reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable with clean and messy data.
• High EQ and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Replit, OpenAI) for prototyping and analysis.
• Bonus: familiarity with GTM reporting or finance/accounting reconciliation work.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support revenue-related reporting, including revenue-share, reconciliation, and embedded financing products."
• Clean and automate CRM data, standardize fields, and close data-quality gaps across pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to integrate product usage data into the CRM for cross-functional visibility.
• Automate manual processes so CRM data populates automatically; prototype new reporting with AI tools and integrate into production BI.
