Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven RevOps professional to own reporting, CRM hygiene, and KPI dashboards across GTM, finance and product. You will partner with executives and program leaders to deliver accurate, timely insights and automate data workflows.

The role emphasizes growing ownership of reports, expanding data sources, and applying AI-driven prototyping to improve decision making. A strong analytics background in a SaaS environment is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven work in revenue operations or analytics, ideally in vertical SaaS.
• Strong SQL, cloud data warehouse (Snowflake) and dbt.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Outstanding ability to support recurring production reporting with real stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with clean and messy data.
• Proficiency in a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• High EQ and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Replit, OpenAI).

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly RevOps KPI dashboards covering funnel, payments, product adoption, churn and retention.
• Support revenue-related reporting for partners, referrals, reconciliations, and embedded financing.
• Answer ad hoc requests from executives and program leaders.
• Clean, standardize, and automate CRM data to reduce manual work.
• Prototype new reporting with AI and scale into production BI.
• Stand up reporting for GTM, finance and operations as new data sources come online.
• Assist data matching and migration during acquisitions.
