Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Business Development to build and lead the go‑to‑market engine driving patient referrals and revenue to infusion centers. You will act as the regional strategy architect, coach, and chief door‑opener, overseeing people management, territory planning, and high‑level partnerships that fuel growth.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• +:History of meeting or exceeding sales goals, including team leadership.
• :10+ years of business‑development experience in healthcare with infusion/pharma experience preferred.
• :3–5+ years as a people manager leading referral-hunter teams.
• :Customer-centric attitude and competitive spirit.
• :Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• :Experience working with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth strategy with tools, playbooks, and trainings.
• Set and align targets with corporate OKRs; analyze market data for expansion geographies.
• Directly manage a team of 8-10 Business Development Reps; coach and onboard.
• Foster ownership, accountability, and field leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with high‑volume offices, health systems, payers and pharma reps.
