Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead the go-to-market engine, driving patient referrals and revenue for infusion centers. You will manage a team of 8–10 BDRs, build strategic partnerships with health systems and payers, and work with Operations to ensure seamless handoffs from referral to treatment.

The role demands 10+ years in healthcare BD with infusion/pharma experience, 3–5+ years of people management, and a proven track record of over-quota

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare (infusion/pharma preferred).
• 3–5+ years as a people manager leading referral-focused teams.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop growth strategy and set territory targets; align with corporate OKRs.
• Directly manage and coach 8–10 Business Development Reps; lead weekly reviews.
• Cultivate relationships with health systems, payers, and pharma partners.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth referral-to-treatment handoffs.
• Own CRM hygiene and reporting to track referrals and revenue.
