Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development to lead the go-to-market engine that drives patient referrals and revenue for our infusion centers. This role is remote-first and covers CA, AZ, UT, and CO.

You will manage a team of Business Development Reps, build partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma, and own territory strategy, targets, and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare business development experience (infusion/pharma preferred).
• 3–5+ years as a people manager leading referral teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Must be located in CA, AZ, UT or CO.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: help set targets and expand geographies and service lines.
• Team Leadership: manage and coach 8–10 Business Development Reps; field leadership.
• Partnership Development: cultivate relationships with health systems, payers and pharma reps.
• Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with Operations and other teams; ensure CRM hygiene.
