Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead go-to-market efforts across CA, AZ, UT, and CO. You will manage a team, build partnerships with health systems and payers, and drive referral volume and revenue for infusion centers.

We value a track record in healthcare sales leadership, strategic planning, and field execution. This remote-first role requires up to 40% travel and relocation flexibility within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare with infusion/pharma preferred.
• 3-5+ years as a people manager—scaling referral teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy to expand referral networks and revenue.
• Directly manage a team of 8–10 Business Development Reps.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume offices, health systems, payers, and pharma managers.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth referral-to-treatment handoffs.
• Present performance insights and forecasts to executive leadership.
