Turnitin seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, owning the region’s ARR target and driving growth in new business, renewals, and expansions.

The role demands a data-driven, empathetic leader who fosters talent, collaborates with Marketing and Product, and delivers measurable outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EdTech SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across new business, renewals, and expansions.
• Own the region’s full ARR target, including pipeline generation, win rates, renewals, and customer growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop AEs and CSMs to exceed revenue, renewal, and adoption goals.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Conduct pipeline and forecast reviews to ensure accuracy and focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Coach team on discovery, consultative selling, and executive engagement.
