Job summary

Included Health is seeking an experienced Population Health Operations Lead to optimize programs and act as a key operating partner for Population Health businesses. This remote-friendly role will focus on operational effectiveness and data-driven decision making.

You will lead ops testing for CCM and navigation teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive AI-enabled efficiency across the organization. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional project leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel modeling and AI productivity tools.
• Healthcare experience preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
