Job summary

Included Health is seeking a Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to drive operational effectiveness of Population Health programs. You’ll balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution, leading meetings, tracking metrics, and leveraging AI to boost team efficiency, reporting to the Senior Director, Population Health Strategy & Operations.

You’ll partner with CCM/navigation teams and EPDD to develop features that improve margins and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in a fast-growing business managing cross-functional projects.
• Operationally minded: proven ability to analyze a process, identify logjams, and develop tests to resolve issues.
• Strong modeling skills: proficiency in Excel to build robust models.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and accelerate deliverables.
• Ability to organize, delegate, coordinate, consolidate and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks in a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to provide mentoring, coaching, advice, and assistance to employees in a collaborative learning environment.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with data analysis (experience with Looker preferred)
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Testing & Experiments: drive ops testing for CCM and navigation teams.
• Manage Cross-Functional Projects: turn cross-functional work into owned, executed plans with timelines and KPIs.
• Data-Driven Reporting: own daily and weekly readouts for the CCM business and ensure accurate metrics.
• Leadership Support: lead daily huddles for the CCM leadership team.
• Operational Deep Dives: conduct deep dives to identify bottlenecks and develop tests.
• Population Health Strategy: execute key margin projects and improve clinical operations.
• Uplevel Team with AI: identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI productivity tools.
• Product Partnership: liaise with EPDD partners to shape features for operations.
• Risk Mitigation: anticipate risks and plan mitigations.
