Job summary

Included Health is hiring a Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to align strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution. You will lead CCM and navigation teams, drive cross-functional projects, and own metrics reporting while leveraging AI to boost team productivity.

The role emphasizes operational testing, deep-dive analyses, and collaboration with product partners to improve margins and clinical operations. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years managing cross-functional projects in a fast-growing business.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and design tests.
• Strong Excel modeling skills for robust financial/operational models.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
• Organize, delegate, coordinate, consolidate and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness and ability to mentor and coach employees.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Experience with data analysis (Looker preferred).
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Testing & Experiments: Drive ops testing for CCM and navigation teams, including AI calling pilots and deep assessments to improve operational value.
• Manage Cross-Functional Projects: Turn cross-functional work into owned, executed plans with timelines, milestones and KPIs.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Own daily and weekly readouts and partner with data team for visibility into metrics and leading indicators.
• Leadership Support: Lead daily huddles for the CCM leadership team and connect with clinical services.
• Operational Deep Dives: Conduct deep dives to identify bottlenecks and develop tests to resolve issues.
• Population Health Strategy: Own executions of key Population Health margin projects.
• Uplevel Team with AI: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI tools and automation.
• Product Partnership: Be the voice of operations in meetings with EPDD partners to shape features.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
