Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Health Coaching's strategy and business planning. You will translate priorities into actionable operating plans and apply data-driven methods to improve coach and member outcomes and cost to serve.

You will partner across Health Coaching, Care Delivery, Clinical, and other teams to drive programs end-to-end, addressing bottlenecks and enabling scalable improvements while operating with discretion and collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of program management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead Health Coaching's strategy and business planning with data-driven continuous-improvement efforts.
Translate priorities into actionable operating plans, with measurable outcomes for coach and member experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to advance business priorities and move initiatives forward.
Identify and resolve issues impacting care teams and member experience, balancing tradeoffs.
Develop materials for training, knowledge bases, and SOPs; influence change internally and externally.
