Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a partnerships manager to proactively identify and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships. You will ensure partners adhere to regulatory and brand guidelines and collaborate with marketing to drive growth.

The role requires native Japanese and fluent English, strong communication skills, and 2+ years in sales/partnerships within financial services. Travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Native Japanese language required and fluent English essential.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales, Partnership Management or Business Development in financial services.
• Proven track record of sales success in a competitive market.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, onboard new partners and nurture existing relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing/events to develop market development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events; travel may be required.
• Provide strategic insights to help partners grow and retain business.
• Meet and exceed KPIs with a focus on growth and targets.
