Qualifications

• Native Japanese required; fluent English essential.
• 2+ years in Sales, Partnership Management, or Business Development within financial services.
• Ability to navigate financial services regulations and ensure partner compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, onboard, and expand partnerships across East Asia.
• Serve as primary contact for partners; address needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure partners comply with company, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing/events to drive market development and partner engagement.
• Represent the company at industry events; may travel occasionally.
• Provide strategic insights to partners to help them grow their business.
• Meet and exceed KPIs with a focus on growth and targets.
