Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Partner Operations Analyst to monitor partner performance, build dashboards, and support dispute and escalation workflows. You will work closely with the Partner Operations Lead to scale reporting infrastructure and accountability across external partners.

The role emphasizes data analysis, proactive recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Data, Supply, and Internal Ops teams to drive service quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or at a startup.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with the ability to dig into raw data and logs to find root causes.
• Excellent attention to detail with precise, current, error-free reporting.
• Comfort with data assessment tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple reporting cadences.
• Collaborative mindset with Finance, Supply, and Product teams.
• Knowledge of customer service and dispute practices in Fintech/Travel/memberships.

Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring & Analysis: assess partner output against metrics and monitor SLA adherence.
• Dashboards & Scorecards: build partner scorecards and reporting tools for real-time visibility.
• Dispute & Escalation Support: aid dispute, credit, and escalation workflows with data and analysis.
• Data Analytics & Recommendations: identify trends and quantify financial impact for recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Finance, Data, Supply, and Internal Ops teams.
