Evlo AI is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a remote-first role that keeps the company running day to day. You will own facilities coordination, onboarding logistics, budget management, and vendor relations, acting as the central contact for employees and leadership.

You will build scalable operational processes, support a remote or hybrid team, plan events, and document policies in Notion or Confluence, enabling engineers and product teams to stay focused.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in office management or operations in tech startups.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors and procurement independently.
• Strong skills with Google Workspace, Slack and HRIS tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office operations end-to-end: vendor mgmt, supplies, equipment and facilities coordination.
• Manage onboarding logistics for new hires: provisioning, workspace setup, HR/IT coordination.
• Administer budgets, track spending, process invoices, negotiate vendor contracts.
• Plan and execute company events, offsites and team gatherings, virtual and in-person.
• Document operational processes in Notion, Confluence or Google Workspace.
• Coordinate travel bookings and expense reporting across teams.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees on facilities, benefits logistics and operations.
