Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Lead, Learning & Performance Solutions to design and deliver innovative learning initiatives across clinical, operational, and corporate teams. This remote role partners with leaders to align learning with performance goals and patient care quality.

You will lead end-to-end instructional design, develop blended learning programs, and implement measurement strategies to drive measurable improvements in workforce capability and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, or talent development.
• Proven success designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level learning solutions.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to assess performance needs and implement solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
