Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Learning Consultant to lead large-scale, client-facing training and change management initiatives. This fully remote, 14-week contract focuses on instructional design, adult learning theory, and analytics to drive adoption and performance.

You will oversee an internal team of instructional designers, partner with clients, and deliver engaging learning experiences using ADDIE/Agile, LMS guidance, and performance support tools.

Qualifications

• Experience designing large-scale training and onboarding programs.
• Familiarity with evaluation plans and success metrics.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis to identify learning objectives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee curriculum mapping and development of epics and stories.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver training on schedule.
• Evaluate training impact and iteratively improve content.
