Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eight years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level formal and informal coaching to managers, leaders, and executives as well as their teams for development and performance improvements.
• Supports Learning & Development strategy along with team initiatives and goals.
• Takes initiative and works under own direction; seeks guidance when necessary.
• Makes quick, clear decisions with varying levels of risk.
• Proactively builds continuous learning and development plans.
