Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning experience design or educational content development.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams in fast-paced product development.
• 3+ years of K-12 classroom teaching experience (or equivalent).
• Experience using data and analytics to guide design decisions.
• Proven track record of engaging digital learning experiences.
• Deep knowledge of national/state standards and external vendors management.
• Experience leading within an EdTech company or educational publishing.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative product innovation and differentiation across learning experiences.
• Translate vision into artifacts reflecting learning science and equity.
• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to design with end users.
• Create engaging content for both student-facing and teacher-directed experiences.
• Establish robust formative research frameworks to inform resources.
• Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market to reflect learning philosophy.
• Nurture talent and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Scale workflows, budgets, and vendor relationships for multi-format content.
