Crash Champions is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Solutions to lead a team that designs and delivers scalable learning programs across the enterprise. You will partner with Operations and leaders to close performance gaps using innovative eLearning, instructor-led training, and multimedia content.

You will drive metrics, dashboards, and reporting to prove impact and ROI while staying current with AI and learning technologies.

• Overseeing design, development, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions across formats.
• Driving data-driven improvements through metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Instructional Designers.
• Oversee design, development, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions.
• Partner with Operations and business leaders to identify performance gaps and create solutions.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and scalability across programs.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
