Job summary

Baseten is hiring an IT Support / Operations Engineer in a remote-first, US-wide capacity. You will bring internal technical support in-house, own day-to-day IT issues, and help scale infrastructure for a growing team.

You’ll manage onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access across systems, while supporting macOS and Windows environments and driving automation improvements to increase productivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on problem solver with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience administering macOS at scale.
• 4+ years of IT support and administration.
• Automation and workflow improvement experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily IT contact for Baseten employees and resolve hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows fleets.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts, manage access, and handle onboarding/offboarding for new hires.
• Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure, asset procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Build self-serve knowledge resources to reduce ticket volume and empower users.
• Support office buildouts and scale IT operations as the company grows.
