Job summary

Holon Health is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our western US team in a remote-first, time-zone-aware role. You will own end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and a smooth candidate and employee experience across multiple states.

The role emphasizes Paylocity onboarding, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and building scalable People processes to support growth in the Mountain, Arizona, and Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with strong recruiting
• Multistate HR across western states
• Experience with high-volume or healthcare roles
• Familiarity with wage, hour, and leave laws across western states
• Experience with HRIS and Paylocity preferred
• I-9 verification & onboarding compliance

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for western roles (peer support, case management, FP&A, growth, product, clinical)
• Guide managers on role intake, requisition setup, and interview structure
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with a smooth candidate experience
• Onboard western hires including Paylocity setup and I-9/E-Verify steps
• Deliver a welcoming onboarding experience through the first 90 days
• Handle employee relations, policy questions, and confidential issues
• Maintain compliance with employment laws across western states
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leave requests, and payroll backup
• Develop and improve People SOPs, templates, and workflows
