Job summary

Aidoc is seeking a clinically grounded Solution Success Manager to support Radiology AI and workflow solutions. This role guides onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption.

The candidate will bridge clinical expertise with technical acumen to ensure measurable value for healthcare teams. Remote-first with global offices; requires deep radiology experience, CT certification, and success in pre-sales

Qualifications

• Deep radiology experience with CT tech and ARR T/CT certification.
• Experience applying AI in healthcare.
• Ability to support pre‑sales activities and onboarding.
• Experience delivering product training to clients and internal teams.
• Strong relationship-building and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Solid project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
• Ability to map clinical workflows to product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling demonstrations of Aidoc's AI healthcare solutions to clinicians, researchers, and administrators.
• Articulate care pathways and clinical workflows tied to Aidoc's solutions.
• Understand radiology personas and their challenges to tailor engagements.
• Translate clinical requirements into demonstrable product workflows.
• Lead pre‑sales solutioning and onboarding to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide expert-level product training and enablement for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with RADs and sales teams to tailor presentations for healthcare stakeholders.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and drive customer success.
