A.E. Perkins is seeking an HCM & Payroll Account Specialist to serve as the main client contact, focusing on service excellence, retention, and growth across Workforce Go! products.

You will manage payrolls, tax accounts, and HR workflows, applying expert knowledge to optimize client experience while supporting the product suite. This remote-first role includes in-person onboarding and training in Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication; professional email etiquette.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in payroll or HR outsourcing and client services.
• Knowledge of payroll, HR, time and labor management, and tax concepts.
• Familiarity with compliance in payroll outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients to drive retention and growth.
• Acquire and demonstrate deep knowledge of Workforce Go! HCM products and integrations.
• Process payrolls accurately and manage tax accounts.
• Act as SME on payroll, HR, time and labor management, and related services.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal/external rules.
