The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking an energetic Elevator Outside Sales professional to drive new business and revenue growth. The role begins hybrid for training on products and then transitions to fully remote work, with base pay plus commissions.

Based in Marietta, GA, this position emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and CRM-driven reporting to meet budgeted goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals by closing new business.
• Identify new prospects via canvassing, in-person meetings, cold calling, networking, and client mining.
• Develop strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare proposals/bids based on revenue metrics to meet budgeted goals.
• Navigate the full sales process through close and coordinate with Operations for a seamless customer experience.
• Update CRM and internal tools; provide accurate, timely reporting.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that keep timelines and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business
• Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals
• Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals
• Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
