The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking an Elevator Outside Sales professional to train on products in Marietta, GA. The role begins hybrid for training and transitions to fully remote work as products are learned.

It offers base pay plus commission and a company car is among listed benefits. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, prospecting, and developing relationships to drive revenue, with CRM updates and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals by closing new business.
• Prospect and identify new prospects through canvassing, in-person meetings, cold calling, networking, and client mining.
• Develop strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Generate proposals and bids based on revenue metrics to meet budgeted goals.
• Manage projects through the sales process, coordinating with Operations for a seamless customer experience and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM and internal communications, providing accurate reporting as required.
• Communicate issues and create solutions to keep timelines and efficiencies on track.

Responsibilities

This is an Elevator Outside Sales Job Opportunity!

This position will be hybrid to start, to train on the company's products. This job is hybrid while learning the products and then fully remote. Base plus commission offered. The company location is Marietta, GA. No relocation is offered.

Essential Duties

• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business
• Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals
• Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals
• Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
