Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking an energetic Elevator Outside Sales professional to drive new business in the Georgia market. The role starts hybrid to train on products, then progresses to full remote work with base pay plus commission.

You will prospect, close deals, manage proposals, and maintain customer relationships while reporting in CRM and coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business
• Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals
• Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals
• Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
