Ameriflex is seeking a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to lead onboarding and renewal activities, delivering white-glove service and building long-term client relationships. You will coordinate with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations to ensure a seamless journey for Plan Administrators, Brokers, and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and HIPAA compliance awareness, with a starting salary of $55,000 annually and quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of account management experience preferred, focusing on onboarding, renewal, or customer success.
• Experience in Benefits Administration or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact during client onboarding and renewal lifecycle.
• Deliver proactive, white-glove client service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations to execute plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and document onboarding/renewal steps.
• Educate clients on Ameriflex products, policies, and best practices.
• Resolve issues from start to finish and support escalations related to onboarding or renewal.
• Support process improvements to streamline onboarding/renewal workflows.
• Travel as needed to support client relationship initiatives (ideally annually).
