Job summary

Included Health seeks a Client Success Portfolio Manager to support a large portfolio of complex clients, driving retention, growth, and enhanced service delivery. You will coordinate with CS leaders to consolidate escalations, craft business reviews, and scale operations while maintaining superior client outcomes.

You will also lead performance optimization initiatives, develop project plans, and deliver actionable content to enable cross-functional teams across the client lifecycle, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Fortune 500 clients in healthcare.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; executive presence.
• Ability to deliver cross-functional results and manage difficult conversations.
• Accountable for decisions, actions, and processes in client relationships.
• Data-driven mindset to derive insights that improve value delivery.
• Adaptable in a remote, fast-paced environment; champion of change.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of complex clients by consolidating escalations, RCA, resolution and closed-loop communication.
• Cover client relationships when the team is at capacity or on leave.
• Collaborate to progress retention and upsell across portfolios; prepare client meeting materials.
• Lead TCO Performance Optimization initiatives and produce plans, proposals and progress reports.
• Develop clear content for client teams to ensure consistent task execution across lifecycle.
