Job summary

Phreesia is seeking a Sr. Client Services Associate to lead onboarding for new healthcare clients and guide them through configuration, training, and go-live activities. You will partner with Client Success, Support, Product, and Sales to ensure a smooth implementation and early value realization.

In this role, you will drive adoption, monitor usage trends, and report onboarding KPIs. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, with up to 50% travel possible depending on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-first mindset with stakeholder management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for newly contracted clients, managing timelines and go-live milestones.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact, guiding configuration and staff training.
• Collaborate with Client Success to ensure smooth handoff from implementation to ongoing engagement.
• Proactively drive adoption and usage of Phreesia products to realize business value.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Document configurations and outcomes to support process improvement.
