Job summary

Claritev is looking for an entry-level Client Success Associate to support our client success team and ensure payor client satisfaction. You will help manage relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure clients achieve outcomes using our technology solutions.

This role involves onboarding/training, monitoring performance, issue resolution, client advocacy, reporting, and continuous improvement while complying with HIPAA and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years in Healthcare related field.
• Basic understanding of healthcare payor and provider landscape.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to learn healthcare technology solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare payor/providers.
• Support onboarding and training of new clients on products and services.
• Help drive product adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
• Monitor client performance metrics and usage data to identify improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for client issues and escalations.
• Gather client feedback and relay to product teams for improvements.
• Prepare and present regular client status and satisfaction reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in client success.
• Collaborate across disciplines and ensure HIPAA compliance.
