AE Perkins LLC seeks a Client Success Specialist to deliver proactive client care during onboarding and renewal, acting as the primary contact to ensure a seamless experience and strong relationships. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations to execute structured processes and educate clients on Ameriflex products, maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Remote-first with in-person training at Carrollton, TX; two weeks on-site after onboarding,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of account management experience preferred, with a focus on onboarding, renewal, or customer success.
• Experience in Benefits Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Renewal Management: main point of contact during onboarding and renewal.
• Proactive Client Support and White-Glove Service.
• Relationship Building and Retention with Plan Administrators, Brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Structured Onboarding and Renewal Processes following SOPs.
• Client Education on systems, tools, policies, and best practices for Ameriflex products.
