Job summary

OuterSignal is hiring Business Development Representatives to open doors at leading Shopify brands and ecommerce teams. You’ll research brands, map decision-makers, and craft tailored outreach that earns meetings with our Account Executives.

You’ll run multi-channel outbound sequences, use product signals as a door-opener, and hand qualifying meetings to AEs. You’ll build and maintain a clean CRM while shaping how we prospect as the team grows.

Qualifications

• You have 0–2 years in sales or business development with outbound experience.
• You can craft concise, brand-aligned messages that drive responses.
• You excel at researching brands and decision-makers for targeted outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build target lists by researching high-fit brands and decision-makers.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using tailored messages.
• Use the product signals to open conversations and book meetings with AEs.
• Qualify meetings, ensure decision-makers are on the line, and hand off to AE.
• Maintain clean CRM with all accounts and touches tracked.
