Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of professional engineering experience
• Hands-on experience implementing software for external clients
• Experience leading client-facing implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Backend engineering skills in Python/Node.js or similar
• Experience with AI solutions in fintech or banking environments

Responsibilities

• Set a clear communication plan and project strategy for each deployment with the client
• Build and deploy production-ready client implementations across Voice, Digital, and Outreach products
• Consult with clients, guiding them with best practices and recommendations
• Lead technical conversations with client teams and internal stakeholders
• Identify deployment risks early and shape features for future deployments
• Troubleshoot issues and own deployment until live and stable
• Collaborate with engineering and product to build and release new features
• Document best practices and share learnings across the team
• Support pre-sales questions with Sales and Solutions Engineers
• Mentor new engineers to maintain a high-touch client experience
• Adapt deployments for banks/credit unions and ensure reliability
