Job summary

Posh is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Boston, MA. You will deploy production-ready AI solutions across Voice, Digital, and Outreach for banking clients, guiding deployments from launch through implementation and ensuring customer outcomes.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and implementation teams, mentoring new FDEs and evolving our deployment practices in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend skills in Python or Node.js with production deployments.
• Experience with conversational AI deployments in real banking contexts.
• Familiarity with fintech banking systems and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI Implementation Managers to plan deployments and set expectations.
• Build and deploy production-ready client implementations across Voice, Digital, and Outreach.
• Consult with clients on best practices and recommendations.
• Lead technical conversations with client teams and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot deployments and own them until live and stable.
• Mentor new FDEs and help expand the team.
• Document internal best practices and track deployment success metrics.
• Support pre-sales questions with the Sales team as needed.
