Job summary

Posh is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client implementations of our conversational AI for banks and credit unions. You will work directly with clients during deployment, guiding technical conversations and ensuring production-ready integrations across Voice, Digital, and Outreach platforms.

You’ll partner with engineering, product, and implementation teams, mentor new FDEs, and help scale deployments as our product line grows.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing software for external clients.
• Proven track record leading client-facing implementations or deployments.
• Experience with calls and technical meetings, strong communication.
• Backend skills in Python, Node.js or similar language.
• Experience with fintech/banking systems and telephony basics.
• Hands-on experience with API connectors, integrations, and cloud environments.
• Ability to handle tough deployment questions on client calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead client deployments and technical conversations with stakeholders.
• Build and deploy production-ready client implementations across Voice, Digital, and Outreach.
• Consult with clients on best practices and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot deployments and own them through go-live.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to release new features.
• Mentor new FDEs and help scale the team.
