Job summary

SimpleShuttles, a founder-led startup in the United States, books group charter buses nationwide. You will own inbound quotes, build relationships from inquiry to final booking, and drive repeat business for schools, weddings, teams, and corporate events.

This hybrid role blends sales, service, and operations, with equity for early hires. You will be the customer’s point of contact through post-trip follow-up, working directly with the founder to shape our process and product.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, inside sales, hospitality, dispatch, event planning or travel
• Ability to pick up the phone first and write a clear email second
• Comfort with targets and customer-centric communication
• Willingness to say an honest no when appropriate
• Strong organizational skills and reliability for early-morning calls

Responsibilities

• Work every inbound quote: call or email within minutes, answer questions and book the right bus
• Follow up on quotes that didn’t book and understand why
• Be the main point of contact from deposit to drop-off, handling changes and confirmations
• Nurture repeat customers to build annual book of business
• Handle first complaints, resolve fairly, and report fixes
• Keep thorough notes and outcomes so anyone can pick up a customer
• Share customer feedback with founder and engineering teams
