The role leads a multidisciplinary Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection team, directing engineering evaluations, corrective actions, and long-term strategies across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, a PE license, and strong leadership in matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (fire protection or mechanical preferred) or advanced degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, including project leadership.
• Experience in nuclear power plant fire protection, project execution, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engineering projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Provide technical direction and oversight across projects to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Serve as the responsible engineering authority for Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection decisions.
• Act as primary client interface for engineering execution and technical matters.
• Lead matrixed engineering teams and drive continuous improvement across projects.
