Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Nuclear Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection program.

This role directs a diverse team responsible for fire protection design, fire alarm systems, barriers, and hazard analyses to ensure safe shutdown capabilities and regulatory compliance. The position involves leading engineering execution, regulatory compliance, and client relations, with approximately 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, fire protection or mechanical preferred.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, including project leadership.
• Nuclear plant fire protection experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engineering projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Provide technical direction and oversight across assigned projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary client interface for engineering execution and technical matters, developing proposals and growth opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate matrixed engineering teams, staffing, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to ENERCON quality processes and promote continuous improvement.
