Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years estimating experience.
• 4+ years in Fire/Life Safety or Commercial Security.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic PC skills.
• Able to work in a home-based, virtual environment and travel up to 10%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for ITM services on security and fire protection systems.
• Determine solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring code compliance and operability.
• Send proposals to customers and field personnel per workflow and code requirements.
• Track customer correspondence to secure approvals for repairs.
• Coordinate parts/services pricing with supervisors and team members.
• Prepare turnover documentation for local service coordinators.
