Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Estimating Coordinator to support our U.S. fire protection projects in a hybrid role. You will prepare cost estimates, assemble proposals, and coordinate with field personnel to deliver compliant, reliable solutions.

Leverage knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and Microsoft Office, communicate with clients and internal teams, and help ensure timely approvals and project success across service branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
• NICET II Certification or equivalent in Fire Sprinkler Systems, Fire Alarm Systems and/or Special Hazards Systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills.
• Qualified candidates: home-based, virtual environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; may travel 10% for training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for Fire Protection Equipment impairments based on field input.
• Determine solutions meeting customer needs while ensuring code compliance and operability.
• Prepare proposals with supporting cost estimates and send to relevant staff.
• Track customer correspondence to secure approvals for repair work.
• Coordinate with supervisor to identify source and cost of parts/services.
