Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to prepare cost estimates for ITM services on Commercial/Industrial Security Systems and Fire Protection Equipment. This home-based, US-wide role requires strong communication and multitasking skills to support field personnel and customers.

You'll coordinate proposals, track approvals, and ensure code compliance while delivering excellent service in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in estimating for security or life-safety projects.
• 4+ years in Fire/Life Safety or Commercial Security Systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for ITM services on security and fire protection systems.
• Determine solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring code compliance.
• Prepare and send proposals to customers and field personnel.
• Track proposals and purchase orders, and escalate as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to remote customers and teams.
