First Due is seeking a tech-savvy Solutions Consultant to sell cloud-based, multi-module fire and EMS software to public safety agencies across the United States. You will demonstrate products, tailor presentations with Account Executives, and lead trainings for Chiefs and IT leaders, while staying current on product roadmaps.

Responsibilities include delivering multiple demos daily, identifying upsell opportunities, and traveling up to 40% for onsite meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating products to large organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Present all modules as a product expert to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor presentations to customer needs.
• Prepare tailored demonstration materials for customers.
• Answer questions on product usage, security, and infrastructure.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate post-demo follow ups.
• Lead training sessions for Chiefs, officers, and line personnel on First Due.
• Stay current on roadmaps and timelines for new features.
• Run large group presentations for 20+ participants.
• Travel up to ~40% for onsite meetings or trade shows.
