Job summary

Digitech, a Digitech Computer division of the Sarnova family, seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead deployment of ePCR and Fire software for EMS agencies, fire departments, and public safety orgs. You will translate operational needs into software solutions, guide onboarding, and support go-live and stabilization efforts.

Qualifications

• EMS, fire service or public safety operations experience required.
• 5+ years in EMS, fire service, healthcare technology, public safety technology, or software implementation.
• Experience training adult learners and presenting to groups.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate discovery, configuration, training, go-live and stabilization activities.
• Translate customer needs into software solutions and document requirements.
• Provide onsite and virtual training for administrators, management, and end users.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Support teams to ensure adoption.
• Act as primary customer contact during implementation and go-live.
