Job summary

Digitech is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of ePCR and Fire software for EMS agencies, fire departments, and other public safety organizations. This remote, customer-facing role partners with clients through discovery, configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization.

The successful candidate will translate operational needs into software solutions, coordinate data migrations, conduct trainings, and collaborate with Product and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in EMS, fire service, or public safety operations.
• 5+ years in EMS, fire service, healthcare tech, public safety tech, or software implementation.
• Experience training adult learners and presenting to customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects for new and existing customers.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and establish timelines.
• Gather and document customer processes and requirements.
• Configure software settings, forms, workflows, and permissions.
• Coordinate data migration from legacy systems.
• Conduct virtual and onsite training for admins and end users.
• Monitor progress against project deliverables and go-live activities.
• Provide onsite support during major deployments and go-live events.
• Document customer requirements and communicate feedback to Product/Development.
