Partner Company, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring across tech, finance, risk, marketing, and partnerships. This fully remote role offers the autonomy to build scalable processes from the ground up.

You will own job descriptions, interview frameworks, and ATS workflows while coordinating HR operations, onboarding, and payroll across multiple countries. Direct access to founders awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on talent acquisition in startup/high-growth environments.
• Fintech recruitment experience and focus on digital growth roles.
• Strong sourcing with hiring across APAC and Middle East.
• Willing to work remotely from India.
• Opportunity to shape recruitment and people operations from the ground up.
• Collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders with minimal bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC and the Middle East for technology, finance, risk, marketing, and partnerships roles.
• Build and scale recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interview frameworks, and ATS workflows from the ground up.
• Coordinate HR operations, payroll, onboarding, and employee support across multiple countries.
