Freedom Financial Network is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Tech) to lead the recruiting strategy and day-to-day operations for technology teams. This role focuses on passive talent sourcing, rigorous screening, interviewing, and onboarding with urgency and quality.

The position offers remote work flexibility and requires a track record of building high-performing recruiting teams within fast-growing tech contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years of overall experience in recruiting with at least 4 years in high growth mode corporate setting.
• 2+ years’ experience leading highly successful recruiting teams
• 3+ years of experience recruiting in the technology space (Engineering, Product, BI/Data, etc.) at all levels up to VP.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience required.
• Proficiency in MS-office necessary; advanced capabilities in Excel, and PowerPoint a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 4-6 Recruiters who are based in various locations across the US.
• Coaches and guides recruiters on sourcing and selection strategy and process improvement.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand talent needs now and in the future.
• Identifies opportunities and collaborates on process improvements in recruiting.
• Partners with business leaders, HRBP’s and peers to ensure top hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
• Becomes a subject matter expert in ATS usage and optimization.
