Job summary

Payoneer is seeking an innovative, proactive Solutions & Implementation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will design scalable, high-performance technical solutions and engage with C-level executives across GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and more to ensure client success on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

We are seeking an innovative, proactive, and strategic-minded Solutions & Implementation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance technical solutions that meet client needs. You will engage with C-level executives and work cross-functionally with teams in GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and more to ensure client success while managing some of our most high-profile projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop comprehensive designs, technical specifications, and solution blueprints that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Create innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions for both new and existing clients.
• Act as the key project and client-facing representative, leading the implementation process from initial concept and design through testing and deployment. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Evaluate complex requirements (business, technical, security, reporting, legal/regulatory) and assess feasibility. Collaborate with internal and partner teams to distill these into functional requirements.
• Thoroughly document solutions for internal and external alignment, including drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), creating custom design flowcharts, and maintaining a comprehensive project knowledge base.
• Conduct existing solution reviews and performance optimizations to ensure the integrity, quality, and maintainability of solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales meetings and throughout the implementation process for both external and internal points of contact.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
• A passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes, coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and strategic thinker with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and technologies, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, etc.
• Strong business understanding with a basic comfort level regarding commercials and contracts.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.
• Fintech background strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
