Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a Senior Solutions & Implementation Manager to design scalable technical solutions and lead complex client implementations. You will partner with GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and more, engaging with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to drive client success.

The role requires extensive experience in solution design, architecture, and cross-team collaboration, with a fintech background preferred. Travel as needed and a remote-first environment in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and fintech domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs, technical specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead implementation from design through testing and deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Evaluate complex requirements and distill into functional technical requirements with internal and partner teams.
• Document BRD, SDD, and related design artifacts; maintain project knowledge base.
• Review and optimize existing solutions for quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales and throughout implementation with external and internal stakeholders.
