Job summary

Mesh Connect seeks a Solutions Architect to guide customers from signed contract to live and scaling, focusing on APIs and SDKs. You will mentor customer engineering teams and design implementation strategies to accelerate value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Support, building playbooks and ensuring successful rollouts while staying current on fintech trends and regulatory considerations. Travel ~1x/month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering.
• Strong communicator with experience coordinating across teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted solutions consultant driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption.
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions (analytics, processes, documentation, infrastructure) to accelerate time to value.
• Guide customer engineering teams on API/SDK best practices to reduce timelines and scale rollouts.
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams to maintain momentum.
• Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding and drive usage.
